  A very spacious practice with very nice doctors. The prophylaxis was awesome. Very good bus connection. A stop and a parking garage are in the immediate vicinity. I will gladly come again.

  I loved the service, the doctor can speak English and he was very friendly, I liked the way he worked and he did a great job, and when they give you an appointment they don't keep you waiting. Nice clinic I recommend it.

  came as a tourist with moderate pain, got a next-day appointment with online booking (though you need a German mobile phone number - the one thing which could be improved) administration was excellent, tooth treatment was great as well - could not ask for more and therefore 5-stars from me

  The most annoying thing is they never follow your appointment timing. You sit 30mins to 1 hour even with appointment. Terrible

  I went to Dr. Z, because it is probably the only dental clinic where in Lübeck, where a Polish dentist works. Dr. Jacob Tom he is a very nice person and although he speaks Polish very little, I have no objections for his work. Unfortunately, all the rest is a one big failure... First of all, during the first visit, I had the National Health Fund (EKUZ) card and, by mistake, the date of the visit fell on the day after the card's expiry date. Nobody paid any attention to it during the first visit. So at next visit, where the cleaning was to be done, I was charged the cost of this visit. This is my oversight, so I would take this as my mistake and wasn't write that comment. Unfortunately, I did not listen to my friends who were at Dr. Z few days before me and STRONGLY recommended me to look for the other clinic. First of all, the dentist did not use any saliva nozzle while cleaning. Therefore, all the tartar from cleaning and saliva suffocated me during the procedure. Secondly, I don't understand why instead of tearing my teeth with wires, dental sand is not used here? In Poland or USA air sanding teeth is a basic treatment. Tearing the teeth with a skewer, quickly polishing with some sandy paste, then rinsing and finally revitalizing paste. Less than 30 minutes of work and 75 euros for them. At the end, the teeth after the visit look almost the same as before. The only difference is the thick blood from ripped gums that I spit out between treatments. If I am not forced by an emergency, although I am close to them, I will NEVER come back. I heartily warn you!
