::Despite an appointment at 10.45, after repeated inquiries and the receptionist's information - there was only one patient left in front of me - I got 13.45!!! - after I was put in a doctor's room and after 5 minutes another helper came and said I was in the wrong room. because I wanted to go to Dr Rupp and had to go back to the waiting room - I told the lady that I wasn't in the WZ anymore. but go home. I know the doctors and they are very good, the practice and process organization is inadequate, to say the least! A week before, my son sat in the practice for 4 hours before his operation (removing screws) for 2x5min consultations, which he was able to save because he had already had an operation on his foot there 5 weeks before. And you never hear an apology! If I can help it, you will never see me there again P.S. You have to wait everywhere but 3 hours is too much!!!!

::I highly recommend Dr.Rupp, he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and down to earth orthopedic surgeon. I visited another 2 orthopedic hospitals before Franklin Klinik and I also had one unsuccessful surgery in Heidelberg last year, so I have a good base for comparison. My appointment with Dr.Rupp was very thorough, full medical history reviewed and explained, plenty of time spent on looking at MRI, X-ray, clinical examination performed, all options explained, all questions answered. This was done with a friendly and professional attitude by Dr.Rupp and his team, so I was very reassured and confident after my appointment and I booked my ACL surgery there. Few highlights to mention: - I was referred to a pre-op physio, which was great to tone my muscles before the surgery. - On the day of the surgery Dr.Rupp saw me before the surgery, after the surgery at the evening, and on the next day he walked me through everything he did, showing a video of the surgery and explaining it. - In addition Dr. Rupp noticed a low bone density during the surgery, so on the next day I had a DXA scan and he prescribed me supplements, I am very grateful that he flagged that. - I stayed 1 night in the hospital and the 2 nurses were absolute superstars, very kind and helpful and I was very well looked after. It is unfortunate that most low ratings are due to waiting times, because this is not representative of the doctors. I agree that it is frustrating to wait long, but at the end of the day, your health treatment is the main priority, not the waiting time or the parking fee.

::Today I experienced that health care can happen very quickly. Called on Monday evening (suspected fracture) and was scheduled for Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. with a waiting time. The reception with the first receptionist, Ms. Kubach, was quick and correct and all information was completed using a tablet. The x-ray examination and the examination by H.Dr.Jacobsen (no fracture!!) with a competent diagnosis and recommendation to go to the family doctor immediately are even quicker. Best of all, I finished it in an hour. Excellent !!! 👍👍

::Came in today without an appointment because I stubbed my toe and was in a lot of pain. The lady at reception was super nice and I was immediately taken to the x-ray and then straight into the treatment room. I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to come. The doctor and the other ladies were also very friendly and competent. I am very enthusiastic and can only recommend the doctor. The practice and the entire clinic are very clean, well-kept and beautifully laid out.
