  I'm really sorry for Dr. Novakovic, but his colleague (blonde, glasses, unfortunately she didn't introduce herself) doesn't seem very competent to me. It seemed to me that her treatment was more like guesswork, first it was a cavity, then the wisdom teeth, imagination and finally a root canal was needed, although it was none of those. And she didn't seem particularly friendly to me either.

  My husband has been going there for over 25 years. He is still very happy. Staff friendly, competent and extremely nice. No waiting time. Dr. Dr Novakovic is the best dentist!!

  Dr. Kalkan treated me with great empathy and made a very competent impression on me. The practice processes are perfectly organized and there are almost no waiting times. I feel extremely well looked after here and have always been treated to my complete satisfaction. A real 5 star practice!

  Dr. Novakovic is a nice and competent doctor, but there is a doctor in the practice for whom this does not apply. I was in the practice with a lady who I look after in everyday life as an accompaniment. The lady and I were treated condescendingly. A conversation on an equal level could not take place with this doctor. It is very sad for the practice. The reputation of the practice is thus ruined. I am a social worker and work in outpatient care with mentally ill people. I work constantly with doctors. As a rule, there is no problem in the hierarchy. It's different here. I was treated like a maid.

  Very nice team, with a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Kalkan took a lot of time to advise me and didn't pressure me into anything, so that in the end you really had the feeling that you had chosen the right option. Gladly again!
