  I am here since my move to Erfurt and I am more than satisfied. I have a panic and anxiety disorder / hyperchodria despite my daily visits at the time, I was always treated and taken seriously, never laughed at or sent away! Thank you to all doctors and nurses

  Hello. On Sunday I was tested positive (rapid test), so I went to the Kielstein doctor's practice (just around the corner from me) (extra test center). It was full, had to wait 1.5 hours and was then sent away because I am not a patient in this practice. Quote "We are not the smear site for all of Erfurt".

  The long telephone times in the queue are understandable due to the pandemic and possible staff shortages. What I personally cannot understand, however, is how a doctor's practice can only send someone home with a positive self-test result and tell them to come back tomorrow at 8 a.m. and then simply send them across half the city to their family doctor the next morning . And that as a patient who is probably positively infected with the coronavirus.

  This practice is just the horrible thing I've been trying to call since yesterday and no call goes through. And when I did manage to do it, I honestly wait 20-25 minutes and then I hang up. Impossible like that. Doesn't actually deserve a star in my opinion.
