  Very friendly nurses, be it at reception or in preparation for a medical examination. You rarely have a competent team ➕ doctors. Great praise, also in times of Corona, the stresses and strains the nurses are exposed to nowadays and do not lose their good mood and motivation, respect! Please raise your salary for this and keep it up 🙌

  On Saturday, December 4th, 2021, the practice took part in the Jena "Super Vaccination Saturday". My wife and I went to the boosters around 1.30pm and were surprised that there were no queues. As soon as you took off your jacket you were called into the treatment room for a vaccination. Then there was a little consultation about booster vaccines (Moderna vs. BioNTech) and off we went. Perfect! As a nice finish, I was supposed to photograph the entire practice team. Everyone was super nice and friendly.

  I was vaccinated against Covid-19 here. Nice staff and quick processing. Everything worked great.

  I always like to go there when I have something. It was always very friendly and you got there pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about the infection clinic. You're there at 7:45 a.m. and wait an hour before a doctor starts to work. 9:00 am, one hour after the official opening, a doctor makes himself comfortable and starts to work. As an infected patient, you can easily stand in the cold rain for one and a half to 2 hours because only 3 patients are allowed to sit in it. Irresponsible and cheeky in my opinion. There are such simple solutions. The best thing to do is to speak to the vet in Lobeda. They hand out a beeper to each patient. That means you can wait in your car and the beeper rings when it's your turn. The way things are going now is unbearable, I am completely frozen and sicker back home. Fortunately, doctors are simply service providers who can be exchanged

  You come to the practice with 2 positive rapid tests and the most important question: Are you privately insured? And after 2 patients were each in the room for 5 minutes at the smear site - of course, sticks in the nose cannot take forever - the light is switched off in front of ME, the last patient. I've been sitting there for 50 minutes - will the doctor at least have a delicious lunch? In any case, I would prefer to lie in bed with a bad head and aching limbs.
