::Great, competent and caring doctor. What can you say ?! The practice and Dr. Grohmann to an outstanding degree. Unfortunately, the access to the practice is not barrier-free because of a steep staircase, but the location and parking lot is super easy to reach. The practice is nicely furnished, clean and modern. The opening times are also very pleasant for full-time employees. The team is always super friendly and in a good mood. Appointments are very good, appointments can be made quickly, there are no long waiting times or full waiting rooms and each treatment is individually tailored to the mood and condition of the patient's day. Ms. Grohmann and her team have answers and competent advice to all questions. I rarely experience the team unsettled. She also regularly trains herself (even internationally) and provides information about new dentistry methods if you ask her about them. She mainly informs detailed, always remaining friendly, patient and empathetic at eye level. She saved several teeth with large holes from the root canal for a stress and anxiety patient whom I brought with me. Overall, children and anxious patients also seem to feel very comfortable with her, as she uses syringes very sensitively and with a good routine and is in constant contact with the patient while drilling and treating. The cooperation with the dental assistants is totally harmonious and everyone shows a high level of teamwork. In financial matters, too, Dr. Grohmann always a suitable solution, depending on how financial. Location is straight. Since I am in Bamberg after studying in 2009, I have seen many dentists in the city center. I've been with her for 4 years and will hopefully never have to change. My husband is also completely satisfied. I already have all the benefits within the framework of the statutory health insurance benefits and, more recently, also within the framework of private dental insurance. Ms. Grohmann works at the highest technical level, regardless of whether it is teeth cleaning, fillings, root treatments or crowns. But above all, Ms. Grohmann and her team deserve the highest recognition and praise on a human level. She takes communication with the patients very seriously and is very empathetic. She deals professionally with the wishes and needs of the patients and has a great understanding of human nature in order to make every treatment as pleasant as possible. If possible, I would give 10 out of 5 stars, because every visit to Ms. Grohmann and her staff is always positive, there is a lot of laughter and the old traumatic experiences with other dentists are almost forgotten. We have already recommended Ms. Grohmann twice and received extremely positive feedback from friends twice. That is one of the reasons why I am writing this detailed review.
