::Our 9 year old son had a palatal seam spreader for 3 weeks, which came off punctually on December 23rd, 2020. This hung across the jaw and our son was in pain and panic! The KZV only referred to a normal business day and this practice was open. Unfortunately we were turned away with the note that Rangsdorf does not belong to Potsdam and that no patients who do not come from Potsdam are treated! Petition is out! Complaint to the KZV is out!
