::When it comes to invoicing, I see a need for improvement. The maximum charge rate for private patients is probably the rule and I do not agree with the reasoning "For dental services a retention of 10% would be nothing unusual", because I always had doctors who have adapted to my KV. Modern practice, lots of staff.

::This orthodontist is only recommended. Even as a new patient, you get an appointment very early and first of all a precise and understandable consultation. I was treated with the help of Invisaligns and felt consistently that I was in control of my treatment and that no unnecessary extras were offered to me.
