::I was told that a teeth cleaning would be covered a second time. This is not the case. When I asked the helper again about it, she didn't apologize and provided a list as proof that was supposed to prove that the costs had been covered. On the list itself, the one-liner at the bottom stated that this was a discounted price, not a complete takeover. Despite my proof, which I then showed, everyone continued to deny everything and continue to act as if they were right. I find this sort of thing extremely embarrassing and unpleasant. If you make mistakes you should at least have the courage to admit it. The reaction showed that she doesn't care in the slightest, and the doctor doesn't really care either, and this is probably where the core problem lies. Because no one has learned from this, and that's why more patients in the future like me will get into the same trouble, and the thought really makes me angry. After the event, I would no longer recommend the practice to anyone.

::One night when the emergency service was on duty, the phone was out and apparently so was the bell. We tried to call 10 times and then drove there from Oberhausen full of hope. It was dark, there was probably no one there, no one answered the bell for 5 minutes. We were very disappointed, the child sat tensely in pain in the car for what would otherwise have been 40 minutes (there and back). I would like to give even fewer stars, at least someone got in touch the next morning. Conclusion: the phone was out of order and apparently the bell too.
