  I have never seen such a negative orthodontist. At first I was actually positively enthusiastic because they could finally help me with my problem but that was quickly deceiving. A retainer was placed in my upper jaw in April 2021. In the period from April until today I had to repair a glue joint 3 times because it kept "breaking out". And no, I have completely normal eating habits. My retainer in the lower jaw has been bombproof for about 8 years. I suspect that it was deliberately glued thin to make money on it. I got rid of a total of 500 € so far without any understanding or guarantee or warranty. In comparison, of course, I obtained other opinions and asked 4 different orthodontists. Everyone told me that they guaranteed something like that. Every time I have to pay an amount to replace a glue joint, it's an absolute rip-off.

  My teeth were so loose after the treatment that they had to be splinted. In addition, the doctor could not remove 4 brackets because she injured me while removing one of the brackets. The x-rays show jawbone loss and root resorption at the end of the treatment. I will not remove the rating even if lawyers are involved. Because dishes expressly allow honest reviews. Enclosed a photo of my resorbed roots.

  Miss Dr. Braun and her husband gave me a new quality of life with their orthodontic treatment. In addition to 2 jaw operations due to an overbite and narrow upper jaw, I wore braces for about 3 years. The result is overwhelming for me and I radiate much more zest for life because I am finally no longer afraid to show my teeth. I also leave my 9 year old son with Dr. Treating Braun and I'm super satisfied with that too. I can only give my unreserved recommendation.

  After initially good treatment, the "suggestion" came up for a fixed bracket and wanting to have permanent (!) Teeth extracted (both doctors showed up to confirm that this was the only method ...). Now - one year after we rejected this suggestion and did not continue the treatment there - all permanent teeth are still in there, the jaw is growing and there is enough space for all teeth. The original announcement has now been justified again afterwards, but pulling is no longer necessary. We still decided to wait until we consider further treatment.

  After years having untidy teeth I took the decision to do an Invisalign treatment with doctor Luzie Braun-Durlak. She was fully prfessional and helpfull all the way until the end. Today after having received an impecable and tailored 2 years treatment my teeth look brand new. Without hesitation I can say that it has been a pleasure to be Luzie Braun patient, I thank her for making my life more smilable, it helps me lots socially, it's something I always wanted to do and thanks God I could do it.
