::Today I was able to experience something in this dental practice that I have never seen before. First of all, I have to mention that this complaint is not about the doctors: the doctors themselves do their job very well. The following is about the women who register. It was about orthodontic matters, my aligners did not arrive due to delivery problems. In practice, of course, cannot do anything about that. But what the ladies did not find necessary about the registration: to let me know. I think that's very bold. Especially since not every patient comes from Euskirchen and may travel several hours especially for the appointment. The receptionist insisted that she called me to let me know. Unfortunately, that's a lie. I haven't received a call from the practice to cancel my appointment. I do not think that I am overly sensitive as something like that shouldn't happen! The otherwise polite ladies at the registration desk should urgently (!) Be trained. I don't think it's nice that as a patient you have to order yourself and (in the truest sense of the word) not feel picked up. Then, unfortunately, being lied to is not to be tolerated at all. The ladies at reception should think of better ways to get rid of the patients. I will definitely change my practice after my treatment. Kind regards A.S.

::Dr. Bungart, thank you for the wonderful first treatment of our five-year-old daughter, during which the tooth decay was successfully "showered out". After my thoughtless question later whether it would have hurt, she widened her eyes and asked in amazement: "Why?" I wish every child such a first encounter ❤️ P. S.: the experience was then worked up painterly at home :)

Even after my first treatment I felt with you, Dr. Bungart, very well taken care of. I've been with you for a few years now and I would love to come back. You have a solution for everything and make almost anything possible. You advertise on your website with a stress-free visit to the dentist. I can only confirm this. I can't say that dentists are among my favorite doctors, but I'll be happy to come back to you anytime.
