My daughter had 4 permanent teeth extracted today under general anesthesia (for further orthodontic treatment). Everything worked out great and we felt like we were in good, professional hands. The preliminary discussions were also conducted very well and you were able to ask questions. All in all, absolutely recommended..

TERRIBLE ANESTHESISIST!!! My daughter didn't want to open her mouth at our family dentist and so treatment under anesthesia was necessary. The examination at the dentist went well. The appointment for the operation was possible at very short notice. The nurses and the attending doctor that day were very nice and friendly, but the anesthesiologist didn't work at all. Even in the preliminary conversation she was absolutely condescending and didn't take my concerns about anesthesia with a mask seriously. They've been doing this for 30 years. My daughter has already had outpatient surgery at the ENT twice, and everything went great using a cannula. During the anesthesia, my daughter screamed and struggled and was then grabbed roughly by the neck by the anesthesiologist in order to force the mask on her. That is not how it works! Especially not with a child who is already afraid. How can you be so insensitive and lacking empathy?! Under no circumstances should I go there again, just because of this person!!! 😡

Friendly, but irresponsible how carelessly the health of the little ones is treated here in this practice. I only looked into my daughter's mouth for two seconds and there was an information sheet for anesthesia. Same with my son. And the same thing among friends. I think money-making plays a very big role here. Disappointing. Because second opinions have shown that my children are NOT worthy of treatment, let alone anesthesia would be necessary!!!!!!! We won't be coming back, even if we like the concept of a child-friendly dental practice!

Top dental group practice! And thank you very much for the quick rescue and that too on Saturday! It's not for nothing that my dear mother's esteemed dental practice is! :)
