::When I arrived I was told the dentist was sick and another would take over. Then I immediately asked if we could still keep to the time and was told; Yes No problem! It then turned out that I waited over 50 minutes, and I don't think that's right. Then be serious and say it will be late. My time is just as valuable as the dentist's. And I wasn't told that there was another patient in severe pain. Again: let me know, then of course I'll wait, but if I get the answer that there won't be a delay, I expect that too. Clear communication is important!
