::Fast, efficient, and friendly. I don't speak much German but I was able to book an appointment, get seen and have the results back within a week! Dr. Med. Fontaine was friendly, caring, and spoke English. I would recommend this practice and will return when necessary.

::Beware, this practice offers "International Service" but is misleading regarding payment options. Before booking I confirmed on 2 occasions that credit cards are accepted, then again on the day of the service when checking in, only to find out when paying that credit cards are not accepted....only EC Maestro cards (European debit card). Seems like this business will say whatever's required to get a patient, then you are forced to deal with the aftermath.

::She is not foreigner friendly, I encountered racism. Her staff is also rude. Her only concern is to swap insurance card. They swapped my health card, without providing any consultation. I will check with my lawyer, if they booked money, forsure I will sue. Such doctors really misuse the patient's health insurance. NOT recommended.

::Very friendly and good doctors. They also speak English. Appointment is suggested. Not all the receptionists speak English here, so schedule a test on the availability of the English speaking nurse/receptionist.
