::Rip-off, they tried to invoice me for a cash service, which is not legal at all, I was supposed to pay around 200 euros, which is actually paid by my cash register, and the unfriendly thunder witch at reception didn't want to give me the bill.... I have it on it I complained to the health insurance company and the medical association and they had to give me my money back...

::Unfriendly contact on the phone. If you have a toothache, you will be told on the phone that you are not in pain and that there is no time available for treatment, or that you should wait (in pain) and spend a lot of time in the waiting room. For the “lady” here on the phone, the optimal case is probably if she doesn’t hear from anyone Callers/patients are disturbed in their peace.
