Medical advice is okay! But where to make an appointment, I was there half an hour earlier. Consultation hours Help laughs at you and says it won't take long, well time is probably a matter of interpretation 😡 you sit in the waiting room in the uncomfortable chairs in pain, where you sit after another hour and a half Waiting time is finally called in the treatment room

I don't understand why you get appointments that can't be kept. Why not just say “open consultation hours” instead of making people wait longer than an hour despite an appointment and putting them off with “they’re next!” Which was just a lie. It's ok if there's a lot going on, but don't take me for a fool please...

I will avoid the practice from now on. With severe pain, I went to the practice without an appointment and was examined promptly by a doctor, which is why I got 1 star. From there it went downhill. Within 4 minutes she thought she had adequately diagnosed me, gave me an injection according to IGEL, referred me for an MRI and was gone again. The injection did ZERO and taking strong painkillers regularly didn't help either. It has a slightly fraudulent character to exploit the suffering and pain of patients in this way.

I'm amazed at some of the comments here. It's like this: As a patient, you expect adequate treatment and advice from the treating doctor. You want to have the opportunity to describe your personal complaints, you want treatment options to be discussed and presented in detail and you expect doctors to take time for you - ideally as much time as the respective case requires. You get all of this from Dr. Moewes & colleagues offered. OF COURSE, such a service may result in changes to the schedule. Anyone who has ever visited a specialist knows how busy it is. And neither the doctors nor the people responsible for the organizational process can do more than work. And if you value sensible and informative doctor and patient interaction, then you may have to swallow the bitter pill and accept any waiting time. Alternatively, everyone has the option of booking in with another specialist. But then you shouldn't be surprised if you are treated "on the spot" by a doctor who has no other option than to process patients as quickly as possible and therefore has no opportunity to respond to each patient individually. I have been seeing Dr. for some time now. Moewes in treatment. I have to say that I am impressed by the professional expertise that Dr. Moewes and her colleagues are just as enthusiastic as the empathetic approach to patients. In addition, Ms. Dr. Because of her thoroughness, Moewes managed to make a diagnosis for me that other orthopedists had NOT found for years. So I'm now receiving fairly regular treatment, my back is getting better little by little and all because I see Dr. Moewes found an orthopedist who pays close attention to her patients. Thank you for that! 💐

Nice doctors, yes. Good doctors, I don't know. But what is a big catastrophe: You work, make an appointment for an injection and then have to wait a long time for each appointment. The first appointment took three hours, today I left after 75 minutes. Then pensioners who have a later appointment are given priority, after all the older lady had to wait a long time last time etc... and so on and so on... is that still okay? If you spend a lot of time and don't go to work, this could be the right place for you. For all working people: better forget it and find another doctor.
