  No interest, what a shame. Dr. Völker likes to run a lot of tests. As I showed the results of these tests to another medical professional he commented that the doctor either had very good intentions or was simply trying to cash-in. For three weeks I have been trying to speak with Dr. Völker regarding my test results. Today I received the feedback from reception that he was under the impression we had “already spoken” and he has informed me that “everything is fine” and he “is too busy to call [me] again over nothing”. Luckily for me I am in possession of my test results where it can clearly be seen that my intestine has entirely collapsed on the left side and is hanging in my abdominal cavity. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone with serious health issues.

  Ich habe mich hier immer sehr aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und der Ablauf sehr gut organisiert. Kaum Wartezeiten. Die Schwestern allesamt hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Dr. Wallisch sehr einfühlsam und beruhigend. Leider ist die Telefonistin unwirsch, pampig und unverschämt und wirft als verbale Visitenkarte ein völlig falsches Licht auf diese wunderbare Praxis. Wegen ihr muss ich meiner Bewertung leider 2 Sterne abziehen. Doch eigentlich hätte das Team hier 5 Sterne verdient.

  Termine werden nicht eingehalten-Wartezeit. Dr. Wallisch ist super, der Ablauf in der Klinik wirkt sehr routiniert. Die Mitarbeiter wirken professionell und ruhig.
