Our Boxer was forced to be put down due to this clinic's actions. We cannot have justice for his death, but the least we can due is to warn others about this clinic. This is our story: First of all - They are VERY nice, and show a lot of care. This positive aspect is actually their biggest enemy. They gave us, and especially our dog a great feeling of assurance that we are in the right hands. He had issues with his knee, which required multiple surgeries, However, with time his situation became direr. He required an implant, however, we have spent thousands upon thousands of Euros there already, that the surgeon felt sorry for us, and informed us that she will not charge us for the implant surgery - only the equipment. We were then put on hold for a couple of months. This should have been our red light - however, again - We felt assurance in this clinic as they knew our dog so well. Eventually, after begging them to hurry up - he had the operation, however, his situation was getting worse. He has begun forming antibiotic-resistant bacteria caused by this implant - meaning that no matter what antibiotics we would give, the situation was only getting worse. It came to a point when we called and asked what can be done and they asked us if we want to take this antibiotic or another - as if we are the experts who need to make the decision. At that point, we decided to cut away from this clinic and turned to another one. We were informed that the implant that was placed on his knee by this clinic has not been used in the industry for the past 10 years as it is an invitation for bacteria. They basically implanted the cheapest thing on the market, because they felt sorry for us because we have spent so much money there, instead of telling us straight out that a good, expensive implant is required for safe recovery. The bacterial situation became so bad that he could not use the leg anymore, and after years of fighting, Our Boxer gave up, stopped eating and drinking, curled up and stopped interacting with the world, and therefore our decision was clear. It is needless to say that throughout this battle he was constantly on pain medication that was extremely expensive. He was on pain pills called 'Tralive' that cost 60EU and last 2 weeks. The alternative Clinic were surprised that this was subscribed as it is hardly effective for pain and is very costly and recommended Novamin which is more than half the price and more effective. Another strange thing that they did - our dog was prescribed at some point certain pain pills as well as anti depressants at the same time. He stopped peeing and had to go for multiple catheters over a couple of weeks. Every catheter - ofcourse - costs money. But that was not the issue. The issue was that we had to find out on our own - using Google - that the combination of these two drugs causes bladder blockage. We stopped giving him the drugs this clinic shoved into him, and he was alright again. They have sucked money, and ultimately our baby from us. They have tried to call us whilst we are mourning our baby and luckily we have missed their call.. We do not require their warmth anymore... Stay away from this place. Its better to have a relatively cold but serious clinic

Good first responder - avoid the aftercare recommendations: I've visited with my dog after one very bad case of gastritis, which needed an IV and antibiotic. The first night I was charged about 400 € for everything. I rejected the overnight stay and returned the following AM as suggested. He got a lot of treatment, 250 € again, and got told i should return the following day, for another IV. At a point, my dog was fine and they kept telling me to come back and back for more, even after they told me it would require a fiixed amount of visits, they always wanted an extra one. So I just stopped. The second time, my dog maybe ate pellet of rat poison, again, great first responders, but they kept asking us to return and ran more tests, when it was not even. certain he did eat the pellet and. results indicated it was either too little or he ate something else. Only go here for first response, they are great for that. Be prepared to spend at least 400 € on the day. For further consultations (unless you see antibiotic is administrated) go to your regular vet. It is indeed a money-oriented practice and they push you to visit many more times than necessary, and they are expensive. So treat it as an emergency room, one-off and it will be fine.

Everything seemed fine until today. One of my dogs passed away there last week. I still wish the vet doubted rat poisons and did something about it but she only did an X-ray, injected painkiller, and suggested we do a sonogram but my baby was way too weak for another test. I still think there was something else that could have saved him with medications... aside from that, I went in with my other dog for her allergy test. There was some misunderstanding and I ended up wasting 40 minutes waiting to be called and told the specialist was not in today due to sickness. The vet was nice, the lady at the counter was nice, but this young man with blonde hair! WAS HE EXTREMELY RUDE. He kept saying someone called me this morning to inform me. I didn't have anything on my phone, I didn't get any call, so I told them no, and he kept saying "if she said she did, then she did it. you are wrong" and talking like I was lying! It turned out whoever put my contact information in the system put the wrong numbers. So I wasn't reached properly, nobody had spoken to me from the vet, and it was their fault. I wasn't even informed by anybody about the specialist either when I got there until I finally spoke to the vet. I don't care if I wasted that time, because I just decided to get a basic test for my dog and that's good enough, but that guy, DO NOT MAKE THE PATIENTS/CLIENTS LOOK LIKE A LIAR. If I said I didn't get the call, I DID NOT GET THE CALL. You really need to get rid of such negative people from your clinic. And I will never go back to this one because of not a vet, not an waiting time, not the price, but an ASSISTANT. Okay bye.
