  I was a client in this law firm for several years and was actually satisfied. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately mistakes happened from time to time which I could overlook because mistakes can happen everywhere, including me. But now I have learned without further notice that due to several pregnancies and the lack of staff, the contractual relationship will be terminated by the law firm on time and I should still please look for a new tax advisor. I find the procedure itself unprofessional precisely because there was no communication from the Kanzei Knabe except for a simple letter. Every company has a fluctuating personnel structure due to pregnancies and therefore does not simply terminate contracts with customers who have been looked after for many years. Especially since the tax consultant is not someone you change like a toothbrush, everyone should carefully consider whether the law firm is the right one for them. It could be the same for everyone else and suddenly you are faced with the consequence of having to look for a new tax advisor at short notice. If I had known that beforehand, I would have looked for another law firm.
