::The helper at the front desk is an absolute NO GO! So rude and disrespectful! The fact that helpers should be the figurehead of the practice is not to be noticed here! I work in a practice myself and I was mega shocked by the behavior! In addition, negative reviews are deleted here! WATCH OUT! Before that, very, very many negative reviews had been given!

::Hello dear parents .... I am the mother of a 16 year old daughter who was prescribed braces a few years ago. Then we went to the horror factory Dr. Anschütz and Co. advise. Already in the first treatment appointments it became clear to me that an individual treatment and consultation was not possible here. There is an assembly line here !!! But that is not all, now comes the worst-case scenario !! In this practice there is an office assistant ... In 30 years I have never seen such a medical assistant stuck in the Second World War !!!! The way in which this woman deals with people and patients is under all pig !! I would like to say only one thing about the "doctor's assistant" .. it's a shame that people like you are allowed to work with people !!!! So now to you dear parents ... if your children are important to you please pleaseeeeeee pleaseeee finger away from this practice !!! Nulllll stars !!!!

::Very well organized practice. The staff is friendly, fit and fast. I can not understand negative reviews and think: how it calls in the forest ... My appointment was met and I did not have to wait long. Dr. med. is very personable and has explained everything very understandable. We are happy to walk the path with her.
