::The waiting times in the practice are underground despite an appointment. I had to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes and almost 2 hours. The pain during the treatment and afterwards was unbearable. I was then recommended ibu 400 as a painkiller, which is available over the counter at the pharmacy. After the treatment, the corresponding tooth had to be X-rayed again, but unfortunately the wrong tooth was first X-rayed by the doctor's assistants. So there's another waiting period, again and again between the individual steps. Some of the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the lady at reception doesn't know the word niceness either and is super unfriendly. All in all, I was there for 3 hours for an appointment that was originally supposed to last 45 minutes. So next time it's worth packing something to eat and drink if there are such long waiting times. The only positive thing is that Dr. Lindhorst is quite nice, hence the one star.

::I received quick, friendly and competent help. It is clear that there is a certain amount of force involved when pulling teeth, but as other reviews say, that was far from the case with a butcher. Update after a few months: I am now even more convinced of the practice, the entire team is very friendly, questions were answered very well and immediate help was provided for acute problems, simply great!

::I had with Dr. Phielepeit had a tooth root resection on two teeth. He is matter-of-fact, experienced, knows his craft and I had no pain during or after the operation. His manner is a bit dry, but the technical side is more important to me. His assistants were more welcoming. I felt like I was in good hands, the practice and the operating rooms are clean and modern. The aftercare was also intensive and friendly. I'm not a fear patient, but you definitely don't have to have that here.
