::There is an incredible lack of empathy in this practice! Especially Mr. Phielepeit was incredibly rough during the treatments and spoke to me as if I were a monster and as if I couldn't follow him at all (I wear a headscarf). During my wisdom tooth operation, he squeezed my lip with his hand. When I wanted to point this out to him, he didn't respond at all and just pressed harder (also bleeding afterwards) .. When I told him this AFTER the operation, he only said to me: "You, I don't care if it hurts you." And then left without further words. UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER AGAIN!

::Dr Lindhorst pulled a molar tooth. Everything was explained to me in detail beforehand and I felt that I was in good hands. The tooth was pulled painlessly. When the anesthesia went off, I only took one pain pill and the bleeding stopped the same day. I would like to speak to Dr. Thank you Lindhorst and the whole team. If I have to say goodbye to a tooth again, I know where to go.
