::Dr. Stelzner was a nice doctor, but when I was treated by pipikova, I was a very unfriendly woman. After a long time I decided to write this review because at the time they seemed to want to offer me shine even though the problem was easy to fix and as a student I had to pay €500 for nothing. Pipikova had zero understanding and even when asked what was completely normal she said: "I'm not arguing with you about €20" even though I just asked normally whether that was charged because the helper used the wrong sizes for impressions and I used 3 times for them new prints had to come. For them it may be little money, but for others it may be a lot of money. Since then I have advised everyone not to visit this practice or make an appointment with it and I also changed the practice, which is a shame!

::Super friendly dentist and team where you are happy to go for preventative care and prophylaxis. The waiting times are short and to bridge the waiting time, there is refreshment from the WaterTower24 water dispenser 💦🥤👍
