::Our daughter (now 13 years old) was treated for a few years for significant jaw and tooth misalignment. The discussion of the treatment plan was very detailed. We were informed about the costs involved. Everything went as discussed. The practice team was always very friendly. No long waiting times for appointments. And the result is impressive. ::It is one thing if new patients are no longer accepted because there is no more free capacity. But it's substandard to cancel two appointments that you've had for a year two weeks in advance without replacing them. Especially since I and my daughter have already been present at this practice twice (once when she was seven and once when she was ten) for preliminary discussions. Now the actual treatment should begin and nothing will come of it. And to feign understanding in the letter is an absolute impudence. Now we have to wait almost a year again in another practice. But at least the date is certain. Thanks for nothing.

::We tried repeatedly to make an appointment throughout the year. We constantly received delays, and the last time the answer was “Look for another praxis, they won’t serve you here.” It seems that only Germans are accepted. Very unfriendly!

::She changed my life! Yes, it was painful, yes, it was expensive but hell yes it was worth it. I had a complicated case and I also was already 27 years old when we started the whole adventure, but the doctor was always informative, helpful and incedibly nice. My smile got fixed even a bit earlier than we planned, what is awesome. I was a private patient so I had to pay everything myself, but they offered a monthly payment plan and it was doable and correct. Thank you! :)
