  When you have 6+ floor staff standing around doing nothing and chatting, and one staff member on the cash register, and a huge line of people waiting, don’t you think it’s it’s time to call support before you start gift wrapping? You need to train staff to multi task and handle the flow of customers within the store better. As a retail manager, I couldn’t believe the incompetency! You lost sales because of this!

  This shop has not changed for years, the showcase displays do not have many products and the brand choice is very poor. This store definitely needs renovation and better choice of brands etc.
