::Hello, I would like to thank a saleswoman (Mrs. Szegulla or something like that) from the dm-Markt in Aue! I had bought a defuser from Air Wik and put it into operation properly. But this did not work! Unfortunately, I only noticed this after 3 months, as I had an accident and lost sight of this matter with the assumption that it would work! Yesterday I was at dm with this part and this competent saleswoman was able to help me immediately. Since this device was no longer in the display, to be exchanged even without a receipt, I got my money back. Even if it was a small amount under 5 €, I found it very nice and customer-friendly. Nowadays it is very nice when there are still friendly and nice shop assistants who make you feel that as a "customer you are still a king"! I was very happy about this saleswoman, there should just be more of it! In general in this dm market in Aue there is a very competent, helpful and friendly staff! I want to thank you for that. ::Unfortunately, I am also a bit disappointed. I am in this DM quite often, but almost every time I am confronted with unfriendly staff and I don't necessarily feel comfortable shopping because of it, you feel downright undesirable. I think it's a shame. I also think it's a shame that innovations in this DM are only available quite late, regardless of the product category. I know that the individual market cannot help it. Otherwise well sorted, always neat and clear, it doesn't take long at the checkout.
