  After 26 years I will say goodbye to this bank. Now they have also dismantled the ATM in Suhl because it is apparently not worth it. Customers are supposed to use cash in the shop when making deposits, which costs horrendous fees every time. That's not how you treat customers. Goodbye, Deutsche Kreditbank.

  Went to this branch two Fridays in a row to withdraw money. On the first Friday the machine was probably out of order, "probably" because it wasn't obvious. There was no information on the screen or at the machine. Second Friday, now the machine was completely gone and no replacement was available. Here too, no information, no letter saying “Excuse me, dear customers” - nothing. The technology is vulnerable, that is known, but at least some information would be the minimum. In addition, the formerly free services at DKB are becoming fewer and/or more expensive, while the interest on credit is not passed on to the benefit of the customer at the current interest rate level. Simply bad.

  Horrible service. The ATM doesn’t work at all, every time I come to deposit or withdraw cash I cannot do it because of issues with the machine. This bank works only for caring money on it if someone sends it to you, but that someone will need to pay an enormous commission for that.

  Everything is free. Things are getting worse and worse with the DKB service. As a long-time active customer, I will definitely pull the ripcord soon. The visa debit card is sold as an innovation... One card instead of two. If you don't read the small print, you'll be in for a shock the next time you book a rental car or hotel. This useless "credit card" is not accepted anywhere there... The reason. No credit line. The old, previous free credit card now also costs money. It's been a long time since I deposited cash at the ATM... Zack, 2x 15 euro fees on cash deposits. I can also go back to a bank with real service and a bank counter.

  Sad that you have to drive from Erfurt to Suhl to collect money, because the ATM in Erfurt doesn't work all the time. And then there are fees for making deposits at the ATM.
