::Very poor customer service and rude. I never left the store satisfied. I went back home just to get scotch tape to seal a package. I was told "We don't have any scotch tape and otherwise you have to buy it".

::The new shop turned out really nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of balloons and party decorations is very large and has much more space than in the old store.
