::First of all we would like to praise the great renovation 👍🏻 and hope that all employees can carry out their job until retirement 🤣 in these beautiful rooms !!!!! We have been a customer since 2005, always travel with TUI and can say with a clear conscience that our contact person in this TUI travel agency, a huge compliment to Kerstin Schneegans, does everything but to find a nice vacation trip for us. We are that we honestly have to admit, no simple customers, just eat so 😂🤣, but our Kerstin has known us for so long and always adjusts to our wishes and does her BEST !!!!! Our very first flight to Mexico (Yucatan) in December 2005, sooo long ago 😭😭 but always worth mentioning, was a dream !!! We were very grateful to Kerstin and then decided to continue using this travel agency in our vacation planning and have NEVER regretted it to date.
