  Worst experience ever! I had a package stucked in Esslingen since 5 days. They always tells you tomorrow and tomorrow doesn’t come! Everything is Dump there: system, tracking no. even some employees!! I hate it

  It's the best post office I have across in Germany in last 3 years. It's small and there can be queues at busy hours. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The service is quick once you reach the counter. :)

  There was long line of people, but we only had to wait very little time, as the service was really quick. We left few postcards here, and for some reason those reach the destination country (finland) in 3 weeks, which was strange, as the cards we drop in a mailbox reached the destination in less than a week, but the reason for this can be anything and not neccessarily deutsche posts fault. Positive experience as the service was really quick.

  I have a post bank account and I tansfer money easily for the payment of purchases and fees. I also send and receive my post packets here.very helpful place, but sometimes need a lot of patience and waiting due to large customer base.
