  Parcel sent by mistake (without shipping number) with the wrong shipping method ... returned and the whole thing complained ... Then it was "I can not undo"! The lady then asked me to return the package and the money that I had already paid ... Then the following statement came up: I can give the package back to you, but the money is gone! For me it is incomprehensible that a booking can no longer be undone ?! What shoud that?! The lady didn't even bother to solve the problem, but instead served the next customer directly! I ended up walking out with the package and less money in my pocket! Thanks for nothing!

  Today my wife wanted to send a package that weighs 19.6 kg and should go to Sweden. In the last 2 years I have often sent such parcels and handed them over there for transport. Our package was not taken today, it would be too heavy and the health of the employees would be affected if they accepted the package. Hello what's that supposed to mean? A package within Germany can even weigh 31.5 KG. Why do you become a parcel shop if you don't accept everything that DHL offers? Absolute cheek. The complaint is officially sent to DHL and I hope that it will be clearly stated here what is right and what is not.

  I think the small branch is great. So far I have always been well served. The opening times in particular are mega. Nice that they are at work in Peine.

  Protective measures are not observed here. There are known to be called in by the employees even though the limit of people in the business is exhausted. And then still unfriendly to the customer when you point it out.
