Since when did the post office run out of 1 cent pieces? I didn't get a single cent back twice and without any explanation. It was only when I asked that I was told they didn't have any. Same thing again today. It can't be like that!!!! My only concern here is the principle... by the way: one young man here is very friendly and one is very grumpy.

I am a regular customer and am usually served very politely and quickly by a young man. He was busy with another customer today. So a new employee came up to me with his mouth full and his pen in his hand. I had a barcode on my cell phone to send a package. I was told in a mumbled, very bad and rude manner that they couldn't scan. When I asked, I was told that the WiFi wasn't working. Very much in need of improvement!

Because they don't know what they're doing! ... that's how you could describe my experiences in this branch. I wanted to send a registered letter with a return receipt in a DIN C 5 envelope with a viewing window. The employee was obviously overwhelmed by this and called in an older employee. Although the manners and language in this branch are generally quite robust, I was told in a particularly harsh tone that I had to write down the sender's address by hand on the envelope next to the viewing window (sic?). I pointed out that the sender's information is clearly visible in the viewing window. He didn't want to accept that because it was a rule that the address had to be handwritten next to the viewing window because the letter would be photographed. We use this form of delivery regularly, our business letters correspond exactly to DIN 5008 and we have never had a problem like this. It also seemed pointless to me to write the sender next to the address in the viewing window and it could lead to an error. But the employee wasn't interested in my renewed reference to the correct addressing and refused to accept the shipment. This is how perfect customer service works. Both employees and one of their colleagues ignored my suggestion to look at the viewing window together. I was starting to get annoyed, especially because the employee who spoke particularly loudly gave the impression, at least subjectively, that I was probably incapable of addressing a letter correctly. When I asked whether there was any customer information about this rule, which seemed miraculous to me, a brochure rack was searched. However, the employees do not seem to be particularly familiar with DHL products. After several efforts and two incorrect pieces of information, the two found the correct leaflet. And lo and behold, there is no such regulation to note the address next to the viewing window. All you need is the sender's information and it was there. Mercifully, the older, unfriendly and talkative colleague was now prepared to accept the shipment "at (my) own risk". When I pointed out that even with unknown regulations, basic friendliness would not hinder problem solving, I was told that one simply had to adhere to the regulations. Sure, but please only to those that actually exist. To this day I haven't decided what this completely nonsensical appearance was about, which was also absolutely customer-unfriendly. The older one probably wanted to show off in front of the younger one, but I can't explain it any other way. The selection of personnel in this branch is often unfortunate. But what do we expect from DHL? Not much, but not such a mess either. If you don't depend on it, it's better to avoid it or ignore the behavior. In the meantime, I prefer to deliver my parcels to packing stations - as far as possible - at least they are quiet.
