    Unfortunately, the service and customer support has declined significantly since the change in ownership. Unprofessional service, you can see that the employees have no motivation, large gaps in the product range, little knowledge of the postal sector, no LVB tickets are just a few points for the poor branch management

    Extremely unfriendly staff who always find something why the package doesn't fit into the norm. Worst post office in all of Leipzig. It's better to go 100m further on Georg-Schuhman-Straße to “Jihan Travel & Transport”. They are very friendly and uncomplicated.
