::I have been there several times and my letters have always been accepted. The branch may sometimes be closed when it should be open, but the nearest one is 10 minutes away. I don't really like visiting this other branch because it's in a strange area. That's why I'm happy when this branch is open.

::I arrived at the branch today (March 26th, 2023) at 7:54 p.m. and wanted to hand in a prepaid package. That was no longer possible because everything was already over because the employee had to get to the train... very annoying when you go there specifically and rush to get there at least a few minutes before the end. If the opening time is until 8 p.m., then I assume that I can deliver packages by then.
