  I am speechless that such employees as the lady are let loose on customers today at noon. This cheeky way doesn't work at all. So it is time to dismiss, dear operators of this branch.

  "Deutsche Post Filiale" is just a pick-up station for some parcels. No competence, no major acceptance of numerous parcels, no acceptance of large parcels, parcels are only picked up once a day, around 5 p.m. Unlike what is on the Internet, the branch is only open until 7 p.m. I pointed out to the "nice and friendly" serving staff to change the wrong data on the Internet or to pass them on. Very misleading for the customer. The only thing that is true are the bad reviews😂

  Completely incompetent employees. The lady with the blond hair and glasses. She has absolutely no idea about postage and other postal matters. The Deutsche Post did well to sort out these incompetent branches. If that lady is the proprietor, it makes matters worse. The very last ... in the store never again.

  Have just been treated very rude. Just wanted to put a finished letter in the box and didn't see a person in the store. So far this has never been a problem with any of the other employees. The one with the long blonde hair and glasses does. And yes, mostly very incompetent staff. Often closed during opening times or just no stamps. Incidentally, letters have not arrived either. Not even worth a star
