::What are these opening times please? On my pickup slip it says 8:30-11:30 on site then it says 9:30-11:30? I was in front of the closed door at 9:30 on Monday. Why does DHL work with a post office like this? Are there no other restaurants in Altenahr that have normal opening hours?

::Yesterday with a pickup card at 11:15 a.m. in front of the closed door. According to the notice, open until 11:30 a.m. Went there again this morning during opening hours: closed again. Went there in the afternoon during the opening times posted in the store: closed of course. I want my package! There were other people there with me who also wanted to pick up packages and drop off mail. During the conversation it became clear that yesterday and today are no exceptions. In addition, the information about opening times in the store, on the collection card and in the DHL app are all different. In the future I will redirect everything to the packing station or the post office in Adenau. It's more driving, but the post office in Adenau is really open during opening hours. When will there finally be a packing station here in Altenahr or Ahrbrück so that you can get your packages?

::Today I left work early to pick up the package. At 2:58 p.m. I stood in front of the door, which was already closed. At 3pm the lady came out and said that she had already closed the cash register and couldn't do anything more. It seemed to me that if something was open until 3pm, it was actually open until 3pm, not 2:50 or so 2:55 p.m. Terrible disappointment

::The opening times that are on the internet and on the collection slip are in no way correct! There is a note on the door saying 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays... How can a working person do that? It's a disgrace that the "postmen" still deliver packages there. Any packages that are now there will be returned, the companies know that they can repeat the costs incurred there..... A complaint to that DHL QM goes out today!

::Unfortunately, the working population will never be able to access the package brought to the branch during these opening hours. And even worse if you get an email: Your package can be picked up tomorrow (Saturday) from 10 a.m. and the branch is apparently generally closed on Saturdays. Driven for free, the package will most likely be returned to the sender because my working hours make it absolutely impossible to pick it up.
