  I never actually write that much because I never find the time. My wife told me to write something about it. I have never experienced anything like it. I was in Kaufland a few days ago. I forgot my tobacco when I went shopping. Then I went to the kiosk and got my tobacco there. I was there 5 months ago. But there was little product there. Now I'm in the store and I couldn't believe it. The shelves are full and clearly arranged. The newspaper shelf had long been full. I felt welcome right away. There were 2 other customers in front of me. One of them in a wheelchair. When I was standing in line, 4 customers suddenly came into the shop and stood at the post office. I thought to myself, oh God, that could be something and wanted to leave. Suddenly she calls her colleague to ask him to post. The young man was also quick at the post office counter. Not even 2 minutes and it was my turn. I've never seen staff that fast. So people go to the woman with the blue hair. She is quick and very helpful and awesome friendly. My wife was with a smaller, older employee. My wife said that she no longer goes to her. The employee would rather be busy with her cell phone and be extremely slow than cashing. A little tip folks, be friendly. You want to be treated that way too. And not immediately, because one employee is bad, pass it on to everyone else. thanks

  I have been a regular customer for over 1 year and I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! I was ALWAYS in a good mood and treated politely by all staff !!! Perhaps the people with the negative reviews should think about it: "As it sounds in the forest, it comes back."

  The few times I went here, I received an unfriendly treatment from a young lady who works here.

  Extremely unfriendly lady. Started gossiping about me to another customer as I am a foreigner in front of me thinking I don't understand German. Very sad.
