  You can find everything about DHL here and my package is always in good hands there. No matter whether I send it or receive it, branch 683 is always the right address. Always friendly, competent and accommodating. You can also buy great cards, small souvenirs and magazines there 👍

  Friendly service and helpfulness from Ms. Müller. Although you receive friendly service from the boss, you are petty when accepting small change such as 5 cents. If there had been too many 1 cent pieces, I would have understood, but it was only a few 5 cent pieces. Therefore only three stars.

  Unfortunately, this post office is absolutely not recommended due to the unfriendly staff. Every time you come in, the gentleman who works there lets you know straight away that he doesn't want the job. Then it's better to leave it be. That was the last time I was there. I prefer to leave my packages at another post office.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, that applies to both women and men. Questions about packages are always answered in detail. I can't understand the bad reviews here at all. I go to the shop regularly and am always treated kindly. In the parcel shop you will find stamps, envelopes and parcel accessories as well as a whole range of gift ideas. I think it's great!

  Absolutely unfriendly service. You are taught how to label letters/packages every time. You can never please him. Despite the shipping label being printed online, you still have to pay. The sender is simply crossed out. Parcels and letters are thrown aggressively into the cars. Returns come back to you. And the list goes on... What a disgrace. This store doesn't even deserve one star. Never again!!
