::The lady is unfriendly and rude almost every time I want to find out what the shipping conditions are or whether the online prices also apply to the branch. I get a stupid answer almost every time - when I asked if I had filled out the shipping note correctly, I was told "I don't know!" listen... How can you be so unfriendly and expect people to know their way around the shipping mess? In addition, I wanted to send a package to the USA, where shipping to this branch would cost just under €50 (corona surcharge). For over half a year I went there again and again, at intervals of 1 week to 1 month, with the package under my arm and asked if anything had changed... it always cost €50. My husband goes there with the package and she advises him to buy online franking because it only costs €16. I feel ripped off by this woman!

::I will never have my package delivered there again! Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly employees. Despite delivery notification and direct inquiries to DHL and confirmation that my package had been delivered, the employees apparently could not find it. I was there twice and it wasn't handed over to me because it supposedly wasn't included. The third time I searched in the warehouse myself and found it straight away!!! Of course I didn't get an apology or anything like that.

::So far I've never had any problems with my mail. Unfortunately, my last experience was terrible: my package was correctly franked (€17.79), but the seller applied the adhesive incorrectly, so the package ended up in my mailbox a day later. When I came back to the branch and the adhesive was properly applied, I was asked to pay the €17.79 again. It's a blatant ploy to send the shipments incorrectly and to try to collect the postage from the customers every time - I'll never go here again
