::Extremely poor service and rude salespeople: I needed help with POSTIDENT and Deutsche Post customer service told me that this was possible at this branch. The lady simply said, "I can't do that" - I showed her the code and she pretended to quickly scan it and said, "You see? This doesn't work." I asked her to find out how to do this because it is listed as one of the services offered. She said, "Go somewhere else," and the man in the store yelled at me, "Please leave the store." I went to another branch in town and they handled it with no problems and a smile. Shame on you for disrespecting your customers like this!
