::No motivation to work. Lack of competence. I complained. As punishment for this, my packages and letters were apparently held back longer. In any case, they didn't arrive the next day. Just like in every other branch in Minden! Paid €50 for that! I get complaints where is my goods? I've never had them! I'll never ship again. I can only advise against it!! In the end I was even told to never come here again!

::Went to this post office today. There were 2 women working there. I went there with my package and said a friendly hello. Then I placed my package on the package scales myself. The ladies chatted and didn't pay me any attention. I don't know if it was because of my wool hat or something else. In any case, a customer came shortly afterwards and was immediately served before me. At that moment one of the 2 women went into the parcel warehouse. It wasn't my turn until the customer had finished being served. Of course I told the saleswomen that I was there before and didn't say hello back. The ladies supposedly didn't hear or see me, but I'm neither small nor narrow. Very disappointing and will report this branch first.
