::At first everything was actually fine. There was usually a young man at the post office counter who also knew his way around. There is now an older gentleman working there who is completely overwhelmed. I wanted to send an international express letter. The gentleman asked if I had time, he had to call the hotline. The line of people waiting almost reached the entrance. So I left again and went to another post office. Everything went smoothly there. In addition, the opening times are unacceptable. The star is only there because it doesn't work without it.

::Unfortunately, this store is absolutely unacceptable. The opening hours are a travesty as the store is never open when it is most convenient for customers. The unreliability is frustrating and shows that change is urgently needed here. It would be advisable to place the post office in the hands of another person who is capable of handling the basic needs of a business. The unreliability and poor opening hours make this store a real disappointment for customers.

::Top branch, top staff! I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews here. I've been a customer for years... Never had any problems. Maybe that's people's envy. The people of Mömling are known for their non-existent hospitality and tolerance towards strangers...

::TLDR; Ignore the branch in Mömlingen and go to Obernburg-Eisenbach. The longer journey is worth it. In Mömlingen the post office has moved into the tea shop for about 5 years because the stationery shop closed. Since then, post office 620 has only been run on the side. The formerly competent employee is no longer there. The current owner of the tea shop also runs the post office and the GLS parcel shop in the same building. Over the last few years I have often found myself standing in front of a closed door unannounced. Opening hours are adapted to the tea shop, but not the working population. With a 6 day week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. it is impossible to go to this branch. Apparently this is because DPDHL only pays for 2 hours. Parcels that have already been delivered according to the DHL driver cannot be found in the branch because the owner does not keep order here. The branch blames this on the driver, but the drivers confirmed that they delivered the packages on time. The DPDHL drivers now recommend the branch in the neighboring town of Obernburg-Eisenbach, as the owner of the branch in Mömlingen is unreliable and unfriendly. Parcels are often stored unsecured in the yard and can possibly be removed from there. The local employees show so little competence in sending letters and parcels that I only frank parcels online and hand them over directly to the DHL driver. In conclusion, it would be better if Mömlingen no longer had a DHL branch, as the Obernburg-Eisenbach branch would then automatically be responsible. This has acceptable opening times and competent staff who try to help customers.
