::Simply taking away or handing in a letter is a huge problem, as you will be treated rudely and unfriendly. With 3-4 customers in the store, that's probably just too many and you're visibly overwhelmed. That you don't even want to take the time to listen to customers, whether with concerns or questions.

::One star is still too many, and having to be yelled at as a customer is a real shame. If you want to feel like you're disturbing and annoying, you've come to the right place.
