::1 star is already too much when I think of how much time I already wasted with this store. For some reasons my packages get rerouted to this store when the store by my house closes (like almost on a regular basis). Everytime i have to come multiple times because they are CLOSED for some reason. This time is because of sickness. This is a business, get a replacement!!! It wouldn't be half as bad if only they would post it on Google but no, you actually have to go there to find some stupid written note on the wall. So not business like. When you call the number, it is not even the store's number, it is DHL directly and of course they won't do anything because it is not a big package but just a small one. This is ridiculous. Customer service=0
