::Very rude employees. I visited this DHL post office 3 or 4 time in last 3 years and found everytime very unfriendly behavior from her side. The important thing to note that there is no English speaking employee at this place. I mostly used Google Translate to communicate with them. At least one English speaking should be here. From last year, there are lot of foreign students at Uni Augsburg and how they'll communicate with unfriendly and non English speaking employees.

::extremely rude. employee has a horrible “i don’t want to help you” attitude. yelled at me today for trying to explain that i was told by dhl that i can print the label off from them. always have problems with this specific employee.
