::Very friendly, helpful & accommodating! I'm always happy to see the younger employee, who is always in a good mood! Addendum: to all customers who are in the branch with a package from HERMES: neither the post office, and certainly not the employees, can do something about being with the wrong shipping service provider. And if the employee is so friendly and tries to help you, then at least say thank you and don't be so outrageous as to be abusive towards her for a mistake that you made with your parcel label!
