::If I knew beforehand about the "expertise" of the clerk (in terms of helping me buy a DHL shipping label for my ready package with all its details written on it) in this post office, I wouldn't go there, ever. It apparently suits them better that I re-write all the customs stuff neatly written on the package into DHL's own customs form and not even weight the package for me as a common courtesy. Awful and unfriendly service regarding the whole process, especially so when the clerk (a lady) has no basic English knowledge revolving around it, probably being the main reason for the unfriendliness encountered, but nonetheless not an excuse for the "professionalism" offered regarding postage. EDIT: Actually, it seems the service I received is reflected in many of the other reviews posted about this post office. I can't believe this post office remains open in its awful state, years later. DHL standards?

::Not transparent opening times. No indication when it will reopen, just closed without warning, but according to the internet it is open. I then dropped off the package at another provider nearby (the blue shipping group with H).

::Unfortunately the branch is completely closed again. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here, the staffing seems to be very thin, even though the branch is affiliated with the large EDEKA supermarket. If the operator doesn't feel like having a post office, he should, in fairness, close it. Update after 6 months: The opening times have changed again. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a lunch break from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This branch is just a disaster.

::Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful staff behavior.been there for couple of times but after yesterday not going anymore for sure.there works one lady who always makes you unwelcome.I felt guilty that I had to sent my 6parcels. She talked very rudely with me.when i told i can't speak german she became very arrogant.after i said goodbye and of course she didn't answer back..never had such a horrible experience in other post,people always nice and helpful.despite this post is closest to my home now i have to choose another.would not recommended this place and only because of one horrible member of staff!
