::Terrible department. I come to the office, ask about the package, they look, say that nothing has arrived. It turns out that this package has arrived and is in the office. And then it was returned to the sender.So I didn't receive two packages, and now I see that the same situation will happen with the third one, since I came three days ago and asked about it and they said that it wasn't the egg. And now I see that she must have been in the department for 10 days. And even more: the service staff quickly and rudely says that there is nothing and starts serving another customer. This is very annoying. I just have a lot of experience with other logistics companies and compared to them, this company is just a nightmare and horror. I'm tired of not getting my post. Where can you complain?
