::0 stars would be appropriate here. The incompetence is limitless. Shipments are not found or the issue is not posted because there is no yellow card. (These often no longer exist anyway, as they come digitally via email.) Powers of attorney on an ordinary piece of paper are not accepted, etc. Priority shipping for letters is not known, so it had to be explained to them first. In addition, the opening times are from yesteryear, but they are actually never open. On top of that, they are so unfriendly.

::Incredible! Didn't want to send my package because I bought the brand online and not from your shop. Acted out and lied that the beams were bending. You cannot scan prepaid items that have already been paid for. Then she said it was possible but she didn't want to try. Outrageous. Really greedy fellows. Would have given 0 stars too.
