  Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you wanted to send back a package that was originally sent, they wanted 35 euros instead of 8 euros because it is 120 cm. Measured 122cm at home, then pressed the box together and there it was 118cm. You could have said yes, just look over it that you get it a little smaller. But so absolutely bad, and not good for DHL's image.

  I cannot understand Manuel H.'s recession and I suspect that he mixed up something. The mere statement that the same 3 employees are always present is not true. So let's stick to the truth: in this post office you are always served competently, quickly and very friendly. I know so many people who are very satisfied here.

  Just the rude ones. Always the same 3 employees, always the same rude, neither hello nor bye. Every time it is complained that the packages are not well packed (they should see in which condition I receive the packages or pick them up there) only to propose to pay 5euro for packaging although the condition is sufficient. Only to be recommended if nothing else is within reach. Disgusting.
